• Over the past 25+ years, Ken has inspected thousands of homes, earning a reputation
  not just for being thorough, but for taking the time to patiently explain findings in a clear,
  practical way. Clients often say they appreciate his calm, down-to-earth style and the
  sense that he truly cares about protecting their investment and safety.
  Ken’s dedication to the profession goes far beyond the inspection itself. He has earned
  the highest credentials in the industry, including CREIA Certified Inspector (CCI)
  through the California Real Estate Inspection Association and ASHI Certified Inspector
  (ACI) through the American Society of Home Inspectors. Both of which require passing
  a rigorous proctored test and annual continuing education.

He has also spent many years volunteering in leadership roles, helping shape
standards, mentoring inspectors, and advocating for consumers. Throughout his
career, Ken has also demonstrated strong leadership and commitment to advancing the
inspection profession. 

Today, Ken continues to run Magnum Property Inspection with the same values he and
Lisa started with — integrity, service, and the belief that every client deserves clear
information, honest guidance, and peace of mind.
